Jamie really got into character for her ghost costume! Doesn't she make for a very scary ghost?

Pretty Little Pirate!

Camryn was a DEAD pirate - The dead part because she didn't really care what she was just that she got to paint her face and look scary! I think that she makes a pretty cute dead pirate if you ask me!

Minnie Mouse

Bryleigh was Minnie Mouse for Halloween - It's pretty cute on her but the bonus is that it's warm so she wouldn't freeze at the trunk-or-treat. She told everyone that she was a kitty named Minnie Mouse and then she "meow-ed" at them! At each car she said trick-or-treat and thank you in the same breath and then took off for the next car! She's in love with ALL her candy! It's her "my Brylees candy"!

Here are the Camryn and Jamie ORIGINAL Jack-o-Lanterns! They did a pretty spOOky job! They had a great time creating the scary faces and they were very proud of their creations!

Mud Patch

Yea, we went to a pumpkin patch too - - only this pumpkin patch was a muddy mess and the pumpkins had the yucky warts on them and B got stuck in the mud at least seven times. As I would try to pull her foot out of the mud she would come right out of her boots! None of the train rides, hay rides, and whatever other rides were working because of all the mud! They had a maize we attempted to walk through, but we kept getting stuck in the mud and the girls had mud four inches thick round the bottom of their boots which made it very difficult to even stay up-right! It was way to cold to be outside, and very windy, and there was no one popping kettle corn! All that said, the girls had a great time and enjoyed every muddy step! I had fun watching them have fun - - I still can't believe that I let them get that dirty.

The SNOW sure stayed around!

This is the same week as the last post - - The snow kept coming and coming! Our nice pretty tree got hammered with snow. Everyone lost tons of huge thick round branches (practically mini trees) due to the heavy snow. The park by our house is a branch drop off place and has at least 2000 sq feet wide of tree branches and piled higher than a house! It's been cleared once already and the branches are back piled just as high! All the poor pretty trees! On Saturday the girls wiped the snow from the railing and the table and on Sunday morning this is what we

woke up to!!

Dave had to shovel the drive before his early church meeting on Sunday! Yep, there's a first time for everything! He got away with it last year but this year he had to shovel away!

Can you see the imprint in the snow right in the middle? It was taken a few days after the snow had melted down, but on Sunday morning the snow came up past the top step. As we were leaving for church little B thought that she could walk right out and ended up face down in the snow! The poor thing was freezing as the snow went right up her dress and right down her panties! We got a good laugh at her expense!

It's a little too early for this!!!

It's only October 10th and we have what Bryleigh calls "S... (long pause)NO"!

Bryleigh wanted to play outside in it ALL day long!! Jamie was excited for the snow until her hands became frozen.

Camryn made this "S... NO Man" all by her little self! She found the gloves and hat and all! Her and B where outside for over an hour playing in the fresh snow!

It's hard to see but this is B's "S... NO doggie" that she made ALL by herself! It really looks like a dog, maybe she has a hidden talent!

What??? No one to take a bath with!

It's not very often, in fact maybe like twice that Bryleigh has been in the bath without her sisters in there taking up all the room! From the looks of it I don't think that she missed them for a minute!

Air Guitars Rocks!

A little make-up never hurt anyone!

The other night just before bath-time the girls wanted to put on make-up. Since they were headed into the bath anyway I decided to be a NICE mom and let them put on make-up. Bryleigh was so so sad when I washed her face, she cried "my lip stick, my lip stick"! It was pretty cute!
