The New House - Move #12

Another Move under our belts! This was our 12th move in ten years! We really like this house and hope to be able to stay in it for awhile! It has plenty of room for us to grow (not that there are any plans EVER to do that)! One of my favorite parts of the house is the empty kitchen drawers, empty linen closets, and lots and lots of space still in the storage area down stairs.
This is little B's room - - nice and simple and PINK!

This is the main floor family room and kitchen

Here's where Dave and I sleep!

The front hall way! I love that I found a few cute decor items that are functional as well. Here in Wisconsin people come into your house are remove huge nasty snow boots and large winter coats. Now, they have a place to sit while they remove all the snow garb and have a place to put it away when they are done taking it all off.

Of course the kitchen!
Camryn and Jamie's Room - They LOVE their pink-poke-a-dot curtains! The curtains match their sheets!

Down stairs family room divided by a half wall. The other side of the wall is the workout room.

The office, we both have our own desks, it's fabulous!

The girl's playroom! It's as far away from the main living area as possible so
I don't have to see how messy it's getting.

Pop for Sale!

The girls had a pop and snack sale on Memorial day and made a killing for a 5 and 6 year old! They were able to make enough to pay Dad back for the five 12 packs of soda they bought and the 3 different types of snack cookies, crackers, and chips. After they paid Dad back the $25 or so dollars, they still managed to put seven dollars in their pocket. Not bad for a few hours of work! They still have pop and snacks to sell this summer so I think they might save enough for that easy bake oven they want, or was it the kid video camera?? They can't decide!

The grass here is so green and you don't even have to water it! It's just grows in all perfectly green! It's a beautiful sight!

Dad's turn to be the Kalahari Idol!

Dave did a great job singing a rocking version of "La Bamba"! He sure had the crowd going! He wasn't declared the winner, but I think he did a fantastic job! I don't know where he gets his guts, I find him very brave! The girls had a ton of fun up on stage supporting their Dad!
